Leader

It is with dawning realization that being a leader is a state of mind, not a formal position.

All this because I'm reading a thankfully borrowed book on leadership. It assumes the reader is already a leader wanting to gain some insight. I thought that it wasn't the book for me, but that thought was closely chased away by the toddler-ish question: why?
